Living Room & TV Unit
This living room in Tellapur was designed to be both stylish and genuinely easy to live in. The layout, furniture placement and storage were all planned to improve movement and everyday use not just to look good in photographs.
The Brief
Anil & Family wanted a living room that looked stylish but, more importantly, genuinely worked for a busy family comfortable seating, practical storage and a layout that kept the room open and easy to move through.
The Solution
- A customised TV and entertainment unit with concealed storage, cable management and accent lighting a feature and a practical storage solution in one.
- A seating layout planned around viewing and conversation, keeping the room open and comfortable for daily life and entertaining.
- An accent wall with layered lighting that adds warmth and depth.
- Smart storage woven into the design so the room stays clutter-free.
Design Approach
We started with how the family actually uses the room watching TV, hosting guests and simply relaxing. Furniture placement, storage and lighting were planned around those routines first, then finished with a warm, low-maintenance palette that suits the whole home.
The Result
A living room that feels welcoming and functions well for a busy family and looks beautiful all day long.
